Refund policy

3-day return privilege: You have 3 days from receipt to inspect your purchase and notify Mk II of your intention to return your purchase. The timing of the return privilege begins when delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier. From that point forward you have 3 days to inform us of any intention to return the product. If you intend to return your purchase the return shipment must be postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date. Watches returned may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, applied at the discretion of Mk II. Returned items must be in new and unused condition(1) or request for refund will be denied and item returned to the customer at his/her expense. If your return is not postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date your request for refund will be denied and item returned to the customer at his/her expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

(1) Please note that removing the strap, strap pins or bracelet or sizing the bracelet will render the watch ineligible for return or refund.
